Customer Care

Membership registration, qualification
1. The user applies for membership by filling out the membership information according to the registration form set by the head office and expressing his intention to agree to the terms and conditions.
2. You can use both the website and shopping mall after going through the membership certification process.
3. Users who have joined as a member as in paragraph 1 register as a simultaneous member of the website and shopping mall and use the same member ID. However, membership registration may be canceled in the following cases.
  - Where there is a false or omitted entry in the registration details;
  - Where an applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 6 (2) of this Agreement;
4. The establishment of a membership contract shall be based on the time when the approval of the shopping mall reaches the member.
5. If there is a change in the registered matters under Article 14 (1), the member shall immediately notify the shopping mall of the change by e-mail, phone, etc.

Article 6 Withdrawal of Membership
1. Members can request withdrawal from the website and shopping mall at any time and process withdrawal of membership immediately.
2. If a member falls under the following reasons, his/her membership may be restricted or suspended.
- Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership;
- Where the payment of goods, services, etc. purchased using a shopping mall and other debts borne by members in connection with the use of a shopping mall are not paid on the due date;
- Where it threatens the electronic transaction order, such as obstructing the use of other people's services or stealing such information;
- Where the Act and this Agreement prohibit or engage in acts beyond common sense using the service;
- After IC Bank Q Co., Ltd. restricts or suspends its membership, if the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, it may lose its membership.
- If you lose your membership, your membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member is notified and given an opportunity to explain before the member registration is canceled.

Article 7 Notice to Members
1. When a shopping mall notifies a member, it shall be the e-mail address (changeable) entered by the member when he/she signs up.
2. What should be notified to both members and non-members shall be announced using the "Notice" bulletin board, and members may be notified by e-mail.

Privacy & Safety

Use and protection of member information
1. When collecting information, collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract. The following are mandatory and the others are optional.
- one's name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Password (when signing up for membership
2. When collecting personal information that can be identified by the user, the consent of the user must be obtained.
3. The personal information provided cannot be used for any purpose other than the purpose or provided to a third party without the consent of the user, and DNSA is responsible for this. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- In the case of informing the delivery company of the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) necessary for delivery due to delivery business;
- Where a particular individual is provided in an unidentifiable form as necessary for statistical preparation, academic research, or market research;
4. Where consent is required under paragraphs 2 and 3, the personal information management manager's identity (ownership, name, phone number, other contact information), purpose of collection and use of information, information provision to third parties, etc. shall be specified or notified in advance.
5. Users can request access to their personal information and correct errors at any time, and DNSA is obligated to take necessary measures. If a user requests correction of an error, DNSA will not use the personal information until the error is corrected. 6. DNSA will minimize the number of managers to protect personal information, and will be responsible for all damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, modification, etc. of users' personal information, including credit cards and bank accounts.
7. When DNSA or a third party who has received personal information has achieved the purpose of collecting or providing personal information, the relevant personal information is destroyed.
