Shipping Policy

Shipping.
1. In principle, all products purchased at the shopping mall will be delivered by COD.
2. The shopping mall sends the product within 3 days, if not, marked separately.
3. Except for holidays and legal holidays, delivery within a week is a rule.
- If there is an inevitable reason, such as a natural disaster, the delivery period may be extended
4. Sunday and legal holidays are not delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

Order change and order cancellation
1. The manager of the shopping mall confirms the order and sends a document (including electronic documents) about the contract by e-mail.
2. Cancellation or modification shall be made before the time specified in Article 12 (2).
3. If there is a request for change or cancellation of the purchase application before delivery, the shopping mall will handle it according to the request.

Withdrawal of orders
1. Users can withdraw their order within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, the order cannot be withdrawn if:
â‘  Where goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons liable to the user;
â‘¡ Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the use or partial consumption of the user;
â‘¢ Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time;
â‘£ In the case of damaging the packaging of reproducible goods, etc.;
2. In the case of paragraph 1, the user shall bear the cost of returning the product, and IC Bank Q Co., Ltd. will take measures necessary for a refund within three days from the date of receiving the product.
3. If a minor orders the product and the legal representative does not agree with the order, the minor himself or the legal representative may withdraw the order in the manner of paragraphs 1 and 2.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
1. If a user cancels an order before delivery or fails to deliver an ordered product, the shopping mall will take necessary measures to refund cash within three days after the reason occurs and notify the customer of the reason.
2. In the following cases, refund, return, and exchange measures are taken immediately according to the user's request. However, the deadline for the request is within 10 days from the delivery date.
- If the delivered product differs from the order details or the information provided by the shopping mall
- If the delivered product is damaged, damaged, or contaminated,
- If the delivered product is significantly later than the delivery period indicated in the advertisement
